All of SolonTek's managed service contracts can be customized, and you only pay for the services you are using based on your specific needs. Large and complex projects will need longer contracts depending on the resource commitments. All of our work is outlined in a service agreement, followed by a work completion order. All of our engineers follow the agreed upon Rules of Engagements signed by both the customer and SolonTek. At SolonTek it is part of our everyday culture to practice transparency. We never give you surprise fees and you always know what you are paying for upfront. If you are looking for break/fix or one time projects, you will know what the project costs before the work begins.
